About the team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Luno’s awesome Finance team in a role within the FP&A sub-team focused on helping us get the right information into the hands of our decision makers.
The FP&A team is made up of two finance business partners, a commercial analyst and a financial planning manager with 2 new roles being added to the team.

The role in a nutshell:
This role will be to understand and analyse the crypto market to assist with setting direction for revenue forecasting whilst working closely with stakeholders across the business to support with modeling potential opportunities for growth and expansion of our product offering and customer base or changes to our pricing structure.
Your mission will be:
- Assist with revenue forecasting (specifically non-transaction and Institutional revenue)
- Identifying risks and opportunities related to revenue
- Market analysis
- Cash & working capital forecasting
- Partnering with Fleet Experience
- Assisting with quantifications for strategic initiatives
- Reviewing and assessing potential opportunities related to pricing and promotions
A little about you:
The successful candidate will be:
- Commercially curious mindset
- Strategic thinker
- Experience in cryptocurrency or regulated retail financial services or working with treasury
- Strong project management skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Highly IT literate, comfortable operating and learning new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to haves:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proven track record for process improvement/implementation
